SHIPPING & DELIVERY
There is a flat rate delivery charge of £3.95 on all UK mainland orders. *Free delivery on all orders over £50.00, however If your parcel weighs over 5KG, we will contact you as there will be additional postage costs. To orders going to any Channel Island there is a flat rate of £8.99 for up-to 5kg, anything weighing more than 5kg will incur an additional cost.
We offer free local delivery for all orders to Glossop and SK13 postcodes.
At the checkout please choose the appropriate delivery option. For other locations, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We aim to send all local and postal orders within 2-3 working days of them being placed, subject to stock availability. We will notify you by email if there is any change to this.
Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail or courier company depending on size.
Items which are damaged, faulty, incorrect or simply unwanted must be returned within 7 working days of receipt.
If you change your mind about an item, the initial postage and packing charge, and any further costs incurred in returning the item, is non-refundable. Please return the item and we will process the refund/exchange within 72 hours.
If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us first by email on email@example.com and state your order number, the product which is at fault and the reason for returning. We may be able to issue a refund/replacement without a return (we may require photos in this instance). If you do need to return the product in this instance, we will refund the postage charge.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by the laws of England and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We are required by law to inform you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
We are committed to protecting your privacy, as such we will only ever use the information we collect from you to fulfill your order and enable us to provide the best service possible.
When you buy goods from us, we ask for information such as your name, e-mail address, delivery address, contact details and credit/debit card details. We keep a record of some information so that we can recognise you as a registered customer and fulfill your orders as efficiently as possible. We do not keep a record of your card details.
It is your responsibility to keep your account password secret and ensure the password is encrypted, by combining lower and upper case letters along with a number/s. You may change your password at any time in your account options.
We will never pass your details on to third parties.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions will be part of the contract between the customer and My Happy Place.
1. Contract of Sale
All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. When you place an order to purchase we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order, with the details of your order.
The final acceptance of your order will be complete at the time we send you a Dispatch Confirmation email. Any products from the order, not confirmed in the invoice enclosed with the Dispatch Confirmation email, have not been purchased and paid for.
The ownership remains with My Happy Place until the complete payment of the order has been made.
2. Prices & Availability
All prices are given in Pound Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time. The prices do not include delivery charges which are added to your order at checkout.
Although we try to ensure that all prices displayed on our website are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider the incorrectly priced item as cancelled.
All displayed products are subject to availability .You may still order out of stock products if we have more on order - you will not be charged for these until we dispatch them.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment must be received for your order before it is dispatched. While every effort is made to send complete orders, we reserve the right to make part deliveries.
4. Display on the Website
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colours, textures or finishes of our products that appear on the website. What you see will depend on your monitor and computer equipment, we are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise.
All products are sold as one piece and the price displayed is for one unit, unless otherwise stated in the product name that the product is a set and contains multiple pieces.
